The Bosch EasyRemote app offers advanced features for the remote management of heating systems over the internet. It enables users to adjust temperatures and monitor the performance of solar thermal systems with ease. The application emphasizes user-friendliness, security, and convenience.

Key features include:
<ul>
 <li>Adjustment of room temperature</li>
 <li>Switching between operating modes (Auto, Manual, Setback, etc.)</li>
 <li>Modification of heating program switching times</li>
 <li>Setting heating levels, including heating and setback temperatures</li>
 <li>Configuration options for domestic hot water in gas and oil heating systems with EMS2 controls (CW 400, CR 400, CW 800) and heat pumps</li>
 <li>Graphical representation of system data, such as outdoor temperature, room temperature, and solar yield over Day/Week/Month</li>
 <li>Error notifications via display and push messages</li>
</ul>

Requirements for using Bosch EasyRemote include:
<ul>
 <li>A heating system equipped with a Bosch EasyRemote compatible controller</li>
 <li>An Internet Gateway MB LAN 2 to facilitate communication between the internet and the heating controller</li>
 <li>An available LAN network (router with a free RJ45 connection)</li>
 <li>Internet connectivity via the router to access the heating system remotely</li>
 <li>A smartphone running an operating system version of 4.0.3 or higher</li>
</ul>

The following controllers, produced since September 2008 and connected to the Bosch 2-wire BUS, are compatible with EasyRemote:
<ul>
 <li>Weather-compensated controllers: CW 400, CW 800, FW 100, FW 120, FW 200, FW 500</li>
 <li>Room temperature-dependent control units: CR 400, FR 100, FR 110, FR 120</li>
 <li>Remote controls: FB 100, CR 100 (configured as remote control)</li>
</ul>

Please note that additional costs may arise for internet connectivity; a flat-rate internet plan is advisable.
